Cancellations

You may cancel your repair service request by contacting us either via phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled repair. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments without incurring additional charges.

If, however, you need to cancel within 24 hours of the engineer’s scheduled visit, a cancellation fee of up to £120 may apply. This charge covers the arrangements already made to ensure a smooth and timely service.
