    • Customers must request a refund within 14 days of the repair service.
    • Proof of payment and a copy of the repair receipt are required for processing.
    • If eligible, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from approval.
  3. Non-Refundable Charges:

    • Diagnostic fees or inspection charges, if the service was completed as specified.
    • Any additional charges not directly related to repair quality.
